Relationships can be the source of our greatest joy – and of our greatest frustration! It is often with the one we love the most, that we come face to face with our inner hopes, fears and struggles.
When this happens, we have a choice. We can choose to walk away, or to stay and become curious about ourselves and our partner. Why do we act and react, the way we do? How can we behave differently? What is it, underneath our behaviour, that we really need from this relationship?
Our experience is, that through this process, true connection and intimacy happens. It is possible to have both security and passion, trust and spontaneity, faithfulness and excitement, within the same committed relationship.
