Safe Conversations®
A new way of talking without criticism
listening without judgment and
connecting beyond differences

Why Safe Conversations®
Conversations have the power to change the brain.
With recent breakthroughs in neuroscience, we now know that it is possible to rewire the brain. This rewiring gives us the possibility to teach new relational skills in order to decrease anxiety and increase physical and mental health.
Safe conversations is an interactive process with a structured dialogue to help people connect with others. Neuroscience and relational science are combined into simple steps anyone can practice.
The use of the Safe Conversations is self-directed neuroplasticity that puts people into the part of the brain responsible for decision-making, self-control, and creativity rather than just reacting. Safe Conversations empowers people with the tools to resolve conflict and remove negativity from dialogue. It creates a safe space to engage and co-create trusting conversations with win- wins.
Talking is the most dangerous thing most people do, and listening is the most infrequent. Learning how to talk without criticism, and to listen without reacting negatively, makes conversations safe and communication possible.
Safe Conversations is a structured, three-step dialogue that invites two people to take turns talking and listening. Its magic and power lies in the fact that the structure makes it safe to talk and to listen with mutual respect. It then becomes an efficient communication tool for the exchange of energy and information. With structure, safety happens; and when safety happens, connecting happens.
